Patients will come here for examinations, vascular studies, and post-procedural appointments.

Our outpatient procedure center is located in Suite 701 conveniently adjacent to our clinic.
Patients will come to the procedure center following their initial exams for diagnostic tests and outpatient procedures.

Preparing for Your Procedure: 

When you schedule a procedure, please plan to have someone drive you home. Do not plan to use any type of public transportation.

Driving Directions: 

Patients coming from the north: Take I-29 SOUTH to EXIT 1 and turn right on Two River’s Drive. At the stop lights on Sioux

Point Road, take another right. From there, stay in your left lane and go past Siouxland Urology and CNOS. Turn left at Midland’s Clinic and we are the second driveway on the right, we share the building with Family Health Care. Our office door is tucked up in the corner to the left of the awning, in Suite 601.
